Basic terms for the Send a Human preview website and enquiry forms. They are not a full service agreement. Governing law details and full contractor terms will be completed before paid tasks go live. Pending items are marked clearly.

1. Who we are

Send a Human is operated by SYDNEY PRO PAINTING PTY LTD (ABN 76 664 479 654). The site was developed by Evermend.

2. What this site is

This website lets you enquire about sending a person to do a physical task in Sydney, or apply to be considered for those tasks. Submitting a form is an enquiry or application only. It does not create a booking, employment, or payment obligation until we confirm otherwise in writing.

3. Requests

You must provide accurate information.
We may decline any request, including tasks that are unlawful, unsafe, require a licence we cannot cover, or are otherwise unsuitable.
Prices, timing, and proof requirements are agreed case by case until a published price list or API exists.

4. Applications to become a human

Applying does not guarantee work.
If engaged, the nature of the engagement (for example contractor vs employee) will be confirmed in writing: [PENDIENTE — modelo laboral / contractor terms].
You must have the right to work in Australia for any paid work offered.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to request or offer anything illegal, harmful, discriminatory, or deceptive. Do not submit spam or automated abuse of the forms.

6. API and MCP

Any API or MCP examples on the site are illustrative and marked “coming soon”. They are not a live service and must not be relied on as a production interface.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law and other non-excludable rights, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on this preview site alone. Full limitation and insurance wording: [PENDIENTE — public liability / wording legal].

9. Governing law
